Since the Sitka Fine Arts Camp received the Sheldon Jackson Campus in 2011, hundreds of volunteers of all ages have contributed over 25,000 volunteer hours. Help to drive the campus further along its road to revitalization.
Ways to volunteer
- Saturday Work Parties – Come out for our community work parties. These are held every Saturday, January – May. Volunteers of all levels of expertise are more than welcome! Work parties begin in Allen Hall at 9 am and last until 3 pm, but volunteers are invited to join at any time and stay as long as they wish. Lunch is provided.
- Group Service Days – Organize your own group service day on the Sheldon Jackson Campus. Whether your group is a school team, a corporate group, or your own family, we will make sure that you are set up with the tools you need and appropriate tasks to host your own volunteer day.
- Summer Internships – If you are a college student, consider joining our summer internship program. Interns will gain historic restoration skills while making a concrete difference on the Sheldon Jackson Campus. Learn more.
